You get the whole venue: a 5,000 square foot floor among antique cars and vintage neon signs, plus a patio, lawn and river area for an outdoor ceremony. Pay by the hour with a 3-hour minimum, or book the full day from 2 to 10 PM.

Where can I host a corporate retreat in Utah with team-building options?

Your team gets the whole venue, and the museum closes to outside guests during your event. Starlink wifi handles about 200 devices, two linked 65-inch TVs connect to your laptop by HDMI, and outdoor adventures are nearby when the team wants time outside.

Tables, chairs, AV and lighting are included, and so is the patio, lawn and river area for your ceremony. You’ll have mountain views from the patio and the river, and string lights over the patio. A full day runs $2,800 Monday to Thursday or $3,300 Friday and Saturday. Linens are extra.

Yes. Hold the ceremony on the lawn or patio and the reception inside, all in one rental. Our team helps you plan around the space and shares ideas for using it, and staff set up and take down the tables.

What’s the best small wedding venue near Provo for 50 guests or fewer?

Yes. Events need at least 15 guests, and Monday to Thursday rentals are $300 an hour for up to 100 people, with a 3-hour minimum.

Are there any banquet halls in Provo available for last-minute bookings?

Yes, with 48 hours’ notice if the date is open. Your date is held once the $750 deposit is paid.

Do any Utah venues offer indoor and outdoor event options?

Yes. The patio, lawn and river area come with every rental, so you can hold the ceremony outside and the reception inside, or the other way around. Inside, mini-split AC cools the room in summer and there’s heat in winter.

Can I bring my own vendors or do I need to use yours?

Your choice. Bring any caterer or your own food, and ask us for our preferred caterers. Specialty Linens is our preferred linen vendor. Alcohol is the one exception: it must come through a preferred alcohol vendor, with a licensed and insured bartender.
